Although, India does not have any fashion style to call of its own still India has placed itself on the map creating its own unique identity of FUSION style. Fusion is a blend of modern with traditional clothing styles which is becoming very popular.
You can notice the diversity right from the traditional salwar kameez or sarees to churidars, kurtis, the semi formal way of wearing it over trousers or jeans, capris and the higly elegant and contemporary style of draping sarees, from simply cotton blouses to halter-neck, puffed sleeves, deep necks, and lycra-fitted blouses.
Few Indian Designers like Rohit Bal, Ritu Berry and Ritu Kumar tried their luck with international fashion and got huge success.
No doubt that this list consists of top 10 fashion designers in India. These fashion designers have made India proud. They might not be as great as Michael Adams, Versace, Gucci or Prada but slowly they are creating a name for themselves.
